OnTheDot Timing is a premier race timing company based in Lakeland, Florida. We provide professional timing services for meets across the South Region, including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Our mission is to deliver a first-class experience for spectators, coaches, and athletes by ensuring fast, accurate, and efficient results.
ABOUT OTD Timing
OnTheDot Timing is owned and operated by Hall of Fame coach and athlete Nick Dodson, alongside Latasha Dodson, a world-class hurdler and USA Champion. Together, Nick and Latasha bring over 25 years of experience in track & field and cross country.
Their shared passion for the sport brought them together, and the relationships built over the years inspired them to launch a company focused on giving back to the running community.
At OnTheDot Timing, creating an outstanding experience and making a lasting impact on the sport are our top priorities.
wHAT WE OFFER
We provide services for cross country and track and field at all levels (AAU, USATF, Middle School, High School, and Collegiate.
Your results will be “OnTheDot.”
BASE PACKAGE
Our base timing package includes services for up to 350 athletes and covers everything you need for a smooth and professional meet. This includes meet set-up through Direct Athletics or MileSplit, complete meet seeding, and the printing of program sheets, clerk of course documents, field event sheets, and final results. We also provide live results throughout the event, along with the use of a wind gauge for sprints to ensure accurate timing and measurements.
Scoreboards, Electronics, and Etc.
- OTD Timing Scoreboard (Large Board) $425 per day
- OTD Timing Scoreboard (Small Board) $225 per day
- Wind Gauge for Jumps $40 per day per device
- Second Meet Camera $275 per day
- Mileage to and from the competition $0.70 per mile
Additional Notes
- Hotel Accommodation (If Needed)- Hotel fee will be added to the final invoice
- We ask the host to provide hip number and bib numbers
